• Know the replacement value of the item(s) you are storing. All items need to be insured whilst in storage. Check with your individual policy provider to see if you are covered. If not we can arrange insurance for you from as little as £3 per month for £1000 value.
• Bring in the items for storage (during our published opening hours) and stack them safely and tidily.
• Shut and padlock the door. If you do not have a suitable padlock, then one may be purchased at a reasonable price at the reception desk.
• You may visit your unit any time (without prior notice) during our opening hours. Please sign the visitors book on entry and exit for health and safety purposes.
• When vacating your unit, pleas eensure you remove everything and that the unit is left clean and tidy.
• If you need the unit for a longer period than agreed simply pay at reception or call us and pay by Credit/Debit card. Alternatively we can set up a standing order for your convenience.
